Wedding Ceremony Programs
If you’re planning on providing ceremony programs for your guests
that give information about the ceremony and are a keepsake,
get creative and have fun with it!
For example:
If you’re having an outdoor ceremony here in Maryland,
in the middle of summer, consider a program that is also a fan.
These are fairly simple and inexpensive
and can be put together with supplies from a craft store.
As to the content of programs, most provide the order of service and
the names of the wedding party members and sometimes, the names of parents/grandparents.
Other ideas are to include a memoriam, a note of thanks, a prayer, a request to silence cell phones/cameras,
“how we met”, and instructions on where to proceed after the ceremony,
among other things (anything you can think of!)
